My company was experiencing an issue with sending payroll for nearly a month. We spent countless hours on the phone with Intuit, and doing research trying to troubleshoot the issue, to no avail. I called Out of the Box, which is not even our provider, in the afternoon of 2/21/2022, and they had the issue fixed by mid morning on 2/22/2022. Diane is very thorough and knowledgeable. Working with our books can be quite challenging sometimes but Diane handles it like it’s easy. She is a pro and is very patient with us when we need to be educated on the things that we don’t understand. If there is a charge on our bank statement that seems unusual or questionable, Diane will flag it. She catches everything and we really appreciate that. “I just had an amazing experience with your Accounting Consulting Manager, Doug Williams. I spent almost 8 hours on the phone this week with Quickbooks Online support trying to fix a complex issue caused by a third party app. It was a huge problem, and I was panicking.
