Erin brings a wealth of operational leadership experience to her role as Chief Operations Officer at Out of the Box. Having joined the team in 2024, Erin’s central focus is on improving efficiency, effectiveness, and customer and employee experience. Erin assists Out of the Box in executing it’s broader vision and ensuring smooth operations by managing collaboration and accountability across all major functions within the context of the Entrepreneurial Operating System. Erin’s work has earned her many honors and awards for both her professional and community work , including the Arjay Miller Scholar distinction issued by Standford University Graduate School of Business.

With more than 18 years of experience in strategy, corporate development, financial leadership, and accounting, Chris brings a proven track record of driving growth and innovation for B2B enterprises. As CEO, Chris focuses on refining client experience, fostering cross-functional collaboration across the Out of the Box team, and strengthening our culture. As founder of growth-e and through his tenure of executive leadership at Riveron, he has demonstrated a lasting commitment to value creation, operational enhancement, and building strong, sustainable organizations through M&A, integration, and scalability through his unique blend of culture, vision, and strategy.

Charles has served as President of Out of the Box  since 2023. Previously, he co-founded CrestLake Partners, focusing on acquiring lower middle-market companies in software, healthcare, and business services. As President & CFO, Charles leads strategic vision and implementation to drive business growth and operational excellence. As a member of the board, he plays a pivotal role in guiding the company’s direction, ensuring alignment with long-term objectives while fostering innovation and client success. His leadership is defined by a results-driven approach and a commitment to delivering impactful solutions. Charles holds a degree from The George Washington University.

Having Co-founded Out of the Box in 1999, Lisa now serves as our Chief Strategy Officer, planning, developing, and executing Service growth strategy and operations. Lisa has consulted with thousands of accountants and business owners nationwide, developing solutions related to Intuit products and services. She holds numerous QuickBooks certifications and is a frequent guest speaker at national accounting events.

With more than 28 years combined experience in Human Resources management, Ryan serves as Out of the Boxes Chief People Officer. Ryan works with Senior Leadership to identify, align, and drive strategic HR priorities and human capital efforts to business objectives. Ryan’s core competencies include establishing organizational structures, designing leadership strategies, creating employee development programs, and improving the talent acquisition process.

Lindsay brings an extensive background in managing and planning the strategic direction of marketing and sales initiatives for organizations in various industries. With a strong background in FinTech, Lindsay is responsible for the oversight of the Sales, Marketing, and Management teams. As VP of Sales and Marketing, Lindsay works closely with internal leadership to plan, develop, and execute the strategic direction of sales and marketing at Out of the Box.

Christen brings a strong track record in full-cycle accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting for clients across diverse industries. As Controller at Out of the Box, Christen focuses on cash flow forecasting, KPI reporting, and keeping close processes running smoothly and on time.

Lori brings more than 20 years of accounting and financial leadership experience across construction, mining, and multi-national organizations. As Controller at Out of the Box, Lori helps clients manage multi-currency, multi-entity reporting and navigate complex compliance requirements with confidence.

Michael brings a hands-on, fractional-CFO mindset to every client engagement, with deep experience across manufacturing, retail, SaaS, construction, and service industries. As Controller at Out of the Box, Michael focuses on tightening the month-end close, cleaning up chart of accounts and processes, and building financial reporting clients can actually act on.

Loni brings more than 20 years of financial leadership experience across publishing, marketing technology, consumer retail, and manufacturing. As Controller at Out of the Box, Loni helps clients build data-driven finance functions, strengthen compliance, and scale smoothly through periods of rapid growth.

Nicky brings more than 15 years of accounting leadership experience across real estate, healthcare, consulting, and professional services. As Controller at Out of the Box, Nicky helps clients manage complex, multi-entity accounting structures while strengthening internal controls and GAAP compliance.
