Audrey brings a strong track record of driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiencies, and enhancing client satisfaction to her role as VP of Franchise. Audrey excels in strategic planning, change management, and client success operations. Her technical expertise includes key platorms like QuickBooks Online, Gusto, ADP and Salesforce. Whether Audrey is implementing best-in-class onboarding and client success strategies, or spearheading complex projects to drive business transformation, her goal is always to enable sustainable growth for her franchise clients.

Mary has been with Out of the Box since 2006. Leveraging her decade as a CPA, Mary functions as Out of the Box’s VP of Training and Consulting, providing training and to the Out of the Box team and consulting services to clients. Mary’s broad range of expertise includes large and small manufacturers, retail, wholesale distribution, and healthcare, to name a few. Her main areas of focus are ensuring the highest standards of client service through professional education and upskilling of internal teams.

Out of the Box welcomed Deion to the team in 2019, after her more than 30 years of entrepreneurial experience in finance and operations management within startups and global multi-billion dollar organizations. As Executive Director, Deion manages the Accounting and Data Services team. Deion utilizes her extensive expertise in financial management, business planning and analysis, growth strategy, global operations efficiency, and financial analysis and reporting to define and exceed client project goals and objectives.

Having joined Out of the Box in 2021, Joni brings more than 30 years of accounting expetise and more than 17 years of IT experience. As VP of Operations, Joni helps clients with data migrations, upgrades, and new product setup. Joni’s areas of focus are QuickBooks, QuickBooks Payroll, General Ledger restructuring, and QuickBooks conversions.

Specializing in data services, Lee joined Out of the Box in 2017. Lee brings with him extensive QuickBooks experience, including eight years as a QuickBooks Enterprise Support Specialist. Currently, Lee uses his expertise to support clients in repairing data files, data file verification and repair, as well as multi-user setup and troubleshooting.

As Executive Director of Accounting and Data Services, Osita oversees data migrations, upgrades, and new product setup. Osita joined Out of the Box in 2017 bringing with him wide-ranging expertise including QuickBooks workflows, QuickBooks Inventory, installations, and setup with his main focus on QuickBooks Desktop support and troubleshooting. Osita also leverages his deep technical and product knowledge to execute data migrations, upgrades, and new product setup.

Marian brings more than a decade of hands-on experience in administrative support and full-charge bookkeeping for businesses, nonprofits, and high-net-worth individuals. She is proficient in QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and Microsoft Office, helping clients stay organized, compliant, and financially informed. From day-to-day bookkeeping to managing the complexities of multimillion-dollar estates, Marian delivers reliable, detail-driven support that clients can count on. She holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Mercer University and a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Georgia State University. With a calm, solution-oriented mindset, Marian ensures every project moves forward with clarity and precision.

Vicki brings more than 30 years of experience as a Controller in the automotive industry to her role as Executive Director of Accounting and Data Services. Vicki joined the Out of the Box team in 2017 after having oversesen the financial management of multiple dealerships concurrently. She has received many awards of excellence from several manufacturers and was nominated for Top 100 QuickBooks ProAdvisors in the country in her first year as a consulting. Vicki’s extensive experience also includes a deep knowledge of the plumbing, refrigeration, non-profit, healthcare, and property management industries. In her role, Vicki manages the Accounting and Data Services Team while also supporting clients by identifying apporpriate project goals and objectives through to implementation and completion.

Rochelle joined Out of the Box in 2024 as Executive Director of Accounting and Data Services. She brings with her more than 5 years’ experience as CFO of a self-directed retirement and pension administrator and 17 years’ experience as inernal accountant for a large renewable energy semiconductor manufacturer. Utilizing her deep knowledg of financial statements, financial analysis, and QuickBooks, Rochelle manages our Accounting and Data Services team and services clients helping them achieve their growth objectives.

Jacqueline joined Out of the Box in 2019 after founding and scaling her own reputable accounting firm of 17 years, Dailey Bookkeeping Services. Jacqueline brings to the team more than 20 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience including deep knowledge of file setup, cleanups, payroll, monthly bookkeeping, and consulting. A consumate ProAdvisor, Jacqueline serves as our QuickBooks Online guru leveraging her product knowledge to manage the Accounting and Data Services team, service clients, and help small business grow and scale.

Shelly is an accomplished finance and accounting professional with extensive expertise across various financial management disciplines. Throughout her career, Shelly has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in driving financial strategy, managing complex accounting systems, and optimizing operational efficiency. Shelly’s experience includes overseeing multi-million-dollar budgets, leading due diligence efforts during asset sales, and implementing robust accounting systems across various industries. Among her many qualifications, Shelly’s areas of focus include Pro formas & Cost Benefit Analysis, software implementations, budgeting, P&L reporting, payroll processing, fixed asset management, and monthly closing processes.

Jennifer brings to her role more than 15 years of accounting experience and a comprehensive knowledge of the QuickBooks Online environment. Having joine Out of the Box in 2021, Jennifer serves as the Executive Director of Accounting and Data Services team, managing the implementation of Intuit Payroll services for our clients. As a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Jennifer also assists clients with monthly accounting services, QuickBooks setup, and training.
