    We originally trained our franchisees how to use QB and found they did not have the time and we did not receive the financial statements. We finally added a requirement in our Franchise Agreement to use OTB to provide full bookkeeping service to all new franchisees for 1 year. Now the Franchisee and Franchise Business Consultant receive the accurate monthly financials by the 15th of each month. If we could do it all over again we would of hired OTB from the beginning.
