Pricing Structure
- Early bird pricing: $375 for the first 10 vendors on requests submitted by December 15, 2026
- $450 for the first 10 vendors on requests submitted after December 15, 2026
- $550 for the first 10 vendors on requests submitted after January 8, 2027, and on-time filing is not guaranteed
- $35 per additional vendor
- Hourly rates apply for work outside the 1099 services scope of work
- Additional charges may apply
Please note: We are unable to guarantee the processing of any requests submitted after January 8, 2027 in time for the February 1, 2027 deadline. Clients who engage our services by January 8, 2027 must provide all necessary information and access permissions to their designated Out of the Box representative by January 8, 2027 to allow timely filing by the February 1, 2027 deadline.
Current Out of the Box Technology client’s payment method on file will be charged. New customers will receive a client engagement letter after submitting this form.
Out of the Box Technology, LLC is a provider of back-office services, including bookkeeping, controller services, and CFO services. Out of the Box Technology, LLC is not a public accounting firm and does not provide services that would require a license to practice public accountancy.
You acknowledge that proprietary information, documents, materials, management techniques and other intellectual property are a material source of the services we perform and were developed prior to our association with you. Any new forms, software, documents or intellectual property we develop during this engagement for your use shall belong to us, and you shall have the limited right to use them solely within your business. All reports, templates, manuals, forms, checklists, questionnaires, letters, agreements and other documents which we make available to you are confidential and proprietary to us. Neither you, nor any of your agents, will copy, electronically store, reproduce or make available to anyone other than your personnel, any such documents. This provision will apply to all materials whether in digital, “hard copy” format or other medium.
You hereby authorize Out of the Box Technology, LLC to, directly or through third parties, make any inquiries and conduct any investigation to verify your identity.
Where required by Law, Out of the Box Technology, LLC will disclose your Data to law enforcement agencies. Out of the Box Technology, LLC reserves the right to keep your Data for the term of this Agreement and for five (5) years thereafter.
In the interest of facilitating our services to you, we may send data over the Internet, store electronic data via computer software applications hosted remotely on the Internet, or utilize cloud-based storage. Your confidential electronic data may be transmitted or stored using these methods. In using these data communication and storage methods, our firm employs measures designed to maintain data security. We use reasonable efforts to keep such communications and electronic data secure in accordance with our obligations under applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.
You recognize and accept that we have no control over the unauthorized interception or breach of any communications or electronic data once it has been transmitted or if it has been subject to unauthorized access while stored, notwithstanding all reasonable security measures employed by us. You consent to our use of these electronic devices and applications during this engagement.
You agree to indemnify and hold Out of the Box Technology, LLC harmless with respect to any and all claims, fines, or penalties arising from or related to 1099 services and any other services provided by Out of the Box Technology.
