How many Items do you have? You can find this information in the Lists menu.
Additionally, the use of purchase orders will require QBO Plus.

Customer credit card information will not convert to QuickBooks Desktop due to PCI Compliance. Also, a new Merchant Services account will need to be set up to use in QuickBooks Desktop. Our staff can assist with that task.
