My company was experiencing an issue with sending payroll for nearly a month. We spent countless hours on the phone with Intuit, and doing research trying to troubleshoot the issue, to no avail. Diane is very thorough and knowledgeable. Working with our books can be quite challenging sometimes but Diane handles it like it’s easy. “I just had an amazing experience with your Accounting Consulting Manager, Doug Williams. I spent almost 8 hours on the phone this week with Quickbooks Online support trying to fix a complex issue caused by a third party app. It was a huge problem, and I was panicking.
