Job Duties
- Consistently exceeds monthly sales goal
- Meets team metrics and KPIs
- Maintain accurate pipeline and records in Salesforce
- Demonstrate knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks) and services offerings and be able to articulate benefits to clients
- Manage the entire sales cycle from connecting with prospect and customers, educating them on our business, and selling our services and products, preparing and sending quotes/proposals, and following up to closure
- Prepare and send quotes/proposals using Salesforce/DocuSign Software and have the ability to follow up to closure
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication and build revenue generating client relationships
- Contact new and existing customers to discover needs and identify cross sell up sell opportunities
- Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
- Timely follow up newly assigned leads – that’s right, you get leads, no cold calls here!
Education & Experience
- 5+ years of direct business development and sales experience, specifically B2B
- Experience selling accounting software, professional services or IT services experience a plus
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills, and ability to build relationships
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Enthusiastic, passionate, and a positive attitude
- Working knowledge of MS Office; end user knowledge of Salesforce and DocuSign is a plus
- BS or BA in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing is a plus
