QuickBooks Data File Upload Portal

Open QuickBooks and export a “Portable Company File” If you are not sure how to export a QuickBooks Portable Company Fille, please click the link below for instructions.
Please fill out the fields on the form on this page as accurately as possible.
At the bottom of the form just above the submit button, click the “Upload your QuickBooks file” button. Once the popup opens, navigate to where you stored your portable file in Step 1 and select the .qbm file you created.
You will receive an email request from Intuit to accept your invitation to QuickBooks Online.
IMPORTANT: You must accept this invitation within 48 hours of delivery or the invitation will expire.
IMPORTANT: Please allow up to 3-5 business days to complete the migration process after Out of the Box Technology has confirmed we have gained access to your QuickBooks Online account before using QuickBooks. Any changes made to your QuickBooks Desktop file after your export will not be migrated to your new QuickBooks Online account.

To export your .qbm (QuickBooks Portable Company File) for upload, please follow the steps below:
No. Once you export your portable file from QuickBooks Desktop any changes made will not be imported into your new QuickBooks Online database.
All data migrations will be processed on a first come first serve basis and will be completed within 1-5 business days depending on the number of data files we receive from your chapter on any given day.
Once completed, you will receive a notification from email@Intuit.com.
